Our founder and owner /operator, Caira Bourgeois has over 16 years of hair care knowledge as a licensed cosmetologist and 6 years of trichology. As a Board Certified Clinical Trichologist and stylist, her first care of duty is to protect the integrity of her client’s hair and scalp before enhancing its appearance. In the salon, Caira is known for her honest consultations, science-informed approach, and dedication to preserving the integrity of every client’s hair. She prioritizes scalp and hair health, education, and long-term results over quick fixes or trends. As an educator: she challenges beauty professionals to raise their standard. Blending clinical knowledge with real-world application, she equips stylists, barbers, and all hair care professionals to build careers rooted in excellence, confidence, and integrity.
